Many clients are shocked to learn that copyright remains with the designer, even having paid for related design work. Similar to photographers selling you prints from their negatives, designers can choose to license the use of designs per application. Copyright ownership is then treated as a separate and saleable entity. We do not criticise this practice, nor do we engage in it.

Unless otherwise specified, Zynke Design automatically transfers design copyright upon completion and payment for the project.
