The
design process can vary dramatically depending on the type, style
and magnitude of the project. However, the basic principles remain
the same.
The course of development is divided into stages. This practice
ensures that the client is kept informed throughout the entire
design process rather than on its completion. It avoids the often
frustrating situation whereby the final result is unsatisfactory
to the client.
For example, the first
design stage may include a series of thumbnail sketches or rough
visuals. We then present these initial concepts for discussion.
This helps us to shape the second design stage, which may include
colour experimentation, image treatments and content refinements.
We then present this stage for approval. And so the design process
continues to final production.
